Easily tell the room isn't clean, left over food on the floor, stains on the wall in the bathroom. No shower gel in the room, asked the front desk to put some in there in the mornings, still didn’t do it, had to go ask again

The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia ...

Pomeroy Inn & Suites Hotel Dawson Creek
Bed was uncomfortable, squeaky, pillows had no support. Food was cold and hard. I honestly felt like I was eating cardboard. I wasn’t impressed.
