Spiders / run down

The location of the prop is good. It is near ski resorts and Davis. It was quiet and the apartment was not too bad. However, for the price we were shocked that the house was run down, needs repair, and had a pile of construction junk near the apartment. We spent two days killing spiders when we arrived.
