Everything was excellent. Staff are extremely nice and very helpful. Staff particularly Tinnu, Hari, Dhanush, Jyothika and restaurant staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way. Highly recommend this hotel whenever you visit Tirupati and Tirumala.

The bathroom was very badly cleaned. The power kept going off the whole day that we were there and didn't come back on till we call and ask. Very badly maintained property. Food order at the restaurant was mixed up. Very disappointing stay indeed
