There was no hot water! The staff did not warn us it had been out for days! I have a hurt back and a cold shower only makes it hurt more and all day! Shameful!

Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. The room was quite simple but covered all the basics. The lift was making a really strange noise when we were there. Hopefully they'll take a look at that soon - it sounds like it's going to break down and get stuck one day!
