Family enjoyed our stay. Staff was great

Everything from check in to check out was great. Breakfast was decent but could’ve been better. Swimming pool was actually heated, and relaxing, room and place was clean. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Will be back if ever in the area again.

We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in. There were no towels at the pool, and only two towels in the room. The pool area needed a cleaning, and there was gum in the pool. Breakfast was okay. Bottom line, they need more workers.

Hallway and room had horrible smell. The room was disgusting. Told by clerk this was because it's the pets floor. Was shown another room on different floor. Still smelled, but not as bad, but room was dirty. By then I was nauseous from the smells. We left and were told we couldn't get a refund because we went through Expedia. Currently waiting for refund through Expedia.

Nice property and area but place to take your pet outside was nasty. Garbage full and poop all over may I side. Breakfast was good and pillows good. Priced reasonable. Would have received more stars if the pet area was kept up better. Savana the person who checked us in and out was awesome!

Clean and simple, but non working outlets and TV

The people were polite and friendly, the room was clean. There were however 4 wall sockets that didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work! I checked the wall plug for the TV and it did work, so that wasn’t the issue with the TV.

As being a pet friendly hotel, it was very clean. But people need to learn to control/take care of their pets!! We are pet owners always travel with our dog..BUT never leave her alone in the room barking for hours while the owners are out enjoying themselves!! Barking for a moment or 2 is no problem. But my sleep was limited due to this stay.

Our one night stay was very enjoyable. Employees were pleasant professional and courteous. Cleanliness was up to par. Breakfast bar was okay. Would recommend using real eggs instead of powdered. Room 217 air conditioner / heat pump fan is annoyingly noisy.

Excellent place to stop when traveling with pet

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Very clean and very new. Designated area for pets. Breakfast staff were very helpful and nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
