We booked this room for a place to sleep, and a continental breakfast. It was exactly what was needed and expected. Easy check-in, comfortable beds, and a nice selection for breakfast.

Fire alarm went off 2 times in the middle of the night. Other than that stay was fine. Would have expected some sort of compensation for at least the missed nights sleep from the repeated fire alarms, no matter the cause. Would stay again.

Poor experience at best.

After checking in, we received the keys to our room. Went to the 4th floor as assigned, walked in to find the window wide open. Immediately shut it and thought it was odd. Notified the TV remote was missing, not a big deal but reported to staff do we wouldn’t be charged for it. The phone in the room didn’t work. And a screw was missing from the door lock. Didn’t feel safe start to finish. Got in at 1am, left approx 7am.

Check-In was really good. Upon entering the room looked fine. Shower okay. Got ready for bed turned on TV sound but no picture. Desk clerk did her best to resolve and could not do it. She said she would talk to manager to have some of the cost taken from bill. Don’t know if this happened. During the night come to find out the toilet would not flush. Didn’t have to go earlier or I would have complained to the desk clerk. The only thing I did enjoy was the bed. That was the only reason I drove 37 miles out of the way to stay at your Comfort Inn/Suites

They were SO nice and polite. Breakfast was what you expect. Nothing better or worse. Furniture and decor were average but bed was very comfortable. Surrounding area was a little sketchy.

YUCK!

Mold in bathroom on the ceiling and walls. Walls in bathroom and hotel room were covered in gunk and stains. Stains that clearly were not cleaned were on the bed skirts and carpet. Floors in both the bathroom and the room were clearly not deep cleaned (or even just regularly cleaned) ever— look in the corners and along the floor board areas if you do not believe me. The reviews did NOT reflect the actual conditions of the hotel/room, will not be staying again.
