I stayed here for 8 days over Thanksgiving (2025) and 5 stars is not even enough for this place. It was beyond AMAZING from the time I walked in to the time I left😭🙌. Katy & Elizabeth made me feel so welcomed & all of the staff were so friendly & amazing beyond words. Marie & everyone else just amazing. The Valet, JT, Chase & every single one of them so polite & kind. I almost cried when I left. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!, clean, safe, lots of dining options, great heated pool. I cannot wait to go back!!!!🙏💌

Disappointed at best.

Hotel was not advertised on Hotels.com as valet only and it is. Staff did not seem to care if you were staying or not. Hotel was dirty for what it is advertised to be. The room and halls lacked vacuuming. The ice machine was broken on our floor. This hotel is not the high end hotel it pretends to be. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Renaissance at Legacy for the same money or less and have twice the experience.

Upon check-in, we were given welcome drinks. Our room was spacious & beautiful. The beds were fluffy and cozy all night. The property offers a lot of amenities, however we were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t have time for all the wonderful things offered. There is a nice walking park next to the hotel. It’s perfect walking distance to the Star. A simple stroll down the block and you’re in the middle of the Star.

Beautiful property, opened in October 2024, with an intimate rooftop pool and sitting area. Great park across the street within a few blocks of The Star. Everything about this hotel is classy from the lobby up. And it smells amazing. One of THE top 5 best hotels in DFW.
