Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



Examples of vehicles that will be turned away at check-in include:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, and faulty brakes.

2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, long economy vans, those with 10 or more passengers, or anything exceeding the 6'8" height limit.

3. Dually trucks or service trucks, including those with wide wheels or lockers/containers (too difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car type controls.



Pets are permitted based on size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will apply:



- 1-4 nights: $25 per pet, per night

- 5-29 nights: $200 per pet

- 30 nights or more: $300 per pet



Please note that the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.



Guest verification is required prior to check-in.



To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:



- Abide by our rental terms and conditions.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking; for same-day bookings, it must be submitted within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet our verification criteria may be canceled.



Note: Surveillance cameras are located in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
