Okay, but old

Hotel is old and dated. Staff friendly. I have stayed in hotels 80 nights this year and this hotel is by far the most run down I’ve stayed in.

Was unaware of the freight trains that run behind the property when we booked our stay. As well we had some items stolen from the back of our pickup truck from a homeless camp sent up on the other side of the train tracks.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush, the chain kept coming off. The pool was not accessible at separate. moments. Sometimes cars worked sometimes it didn’t.

We booked last minute before we got to the hotel figuring most Sandman's we knew were quite nice, this place is a dive. We thought when we pulled up that it was closed. My 9 year old cried and was afraid to go inside. Terrible

Only one night but wouldn't recommend. Old dirty carpets. Saggy bed. Tiny bathroom & washup area. Same price as others in this category, but no breakfast. Generally disappointing. Just looks old and rundown. I thought Sandman was better than this.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area was closed for some reason. Desperately wanted to use the pool on last day of our trip. Kids were so sad due to Pool facilities. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the checkout. Nonone was at the front desk. A lovely lady suddenly appeared somewhere and helped me for the check out. Most of the problems could have been mixed easily. Nice property and location. I love the little kitchen, but NO Exhaust Fan. Food smell goes around the room.

We had our first stay of our trip here over all an average hotel . I thought it was raining all night as I could hear the dripping . Turned out when I stepped out of bed it was the air-conditioner . However when i mentioned it to the front desk the were gracious and said they would. Check to it right away !
