Jose provided excellent customer service - had an early check in and the room was ready. AC worked perfectly, great breakfast, close covered parking. Will stay here again for work in northern KY and cincy!

The room was nice. AC was off when we got.to the room so had to turn it on. Only complaint I really had was that you have to be a member to get wifi. I am not signing up for anything. Wasn't told that. Walked to a restaurant to get dinner. Not a ton within walking distance. Breakfast was nice.

Great location. Convenient to many other points of interest. I didn't like the room I was first assigned. I was to have a room with a view. The first room (221) looked straight as a restaurant and the electronic blinds could not be opened. When I called the front desk, I was told the blinds were inoperable. I was moved to another room which was satisfactory.
