The staff was very friendly. We loved the pool area and our room just off the pool was perfect until it was time to go to sleep and we wanted to bathe. Barely a trickle of water dribbled into the tub. It was too late to call anyone.

We got a lovley room great location and nice and clean. Communication was poor the first place was all locked up and no one to help us and unable to contact Hotels.com we were able to visit friends of our so werent stuck untill we got it sorted

Our room was junior suite frontal sea view, was so perfect except we didn’t had a bath towel when we get in the room but we asked and given..and dirty bedsheets from previous occupants as left in our wardrobe and not taken away until we checked out at our last day,staff was so polite and kind..pool ...
