Even though Pescara Coast can't lay claim to hosting a wide collection of hotels and apartments right near the heart of its downtown area, Catamarano Mauticat Boat & Breakfast is in an ideal location to please the modern traveler.
If you are planning a Pescara Coast visit, but are budget aware and simply looking for more affordable accommodation, we also have quite a few economy places available in the area. The Hotel City and the Hotel Alba are amongst the other lower priced places worth investigating.
You could also try the Castello di Semivicoli along with the Hotel Abruzzo Marina. The Castello di Semivicoli can be found just 14 miles (22 kilometers) from the middle of Pescara Coast. The Hotel Abruzzo Marina, is located 9 miles (14 kilometers) away. An alternative option is to check out the amenities and rates at the Mion Hotel & Sanìo Restaurant or the Villa Maria Hotel & Spa.
Pescara is 2 miles (3 kilometers) southwest of Pescara Coast and is where you'll find Provincial Nature Reserve Pineta Dannunziana and Piazza della Rinascita. "I stayed at the Hotel Plaza 3 or 4 years ago and loved it; this time, not so much. It is in a great location, the housekeeping staff does a great job, and the breakfast has a pretty good variety. However, the property is rather shabby; the rooms need repainting and the carpet in the room needs to be replaced; I don't think even a good cleaning would help it. After a week's stay, we had an early plane to catch and asked if a breakfast box could be arranged as we would be leaving before breakfast. We were pretty much told no because the breakfast was included in the cost of the room so we hadn't paid extra for it. Instead, we were told to pick up some items from the hospitality bar which we hadn't known existed until that moment. This little room has coffee and snacks available to the guests and the reception clerk should have told us about this on our arrival, but didn't. If we hadn't asked for breakfast boxes on our last day, we would never had known about it. In general, reception was less than helpful and seemed to resent it every time we asked a question, so we stopped asking. There are a few other hotels in this location and I might try one of those next time I go to Pescara."
