We booked 4 different rooms with a large party and one room wasn’t cleaned before arrival, the other room did not have a functional AC the first day of our stay and we didn’t get a new room until 11 pm. Additionally, the heated pool, fire pit, and poolside lights were not working with no notification to us prior to arrival which was our primary reason for booking this in December. We also did not receive any sort of compensation for this or credit toward a future stay. I have been to this resort before and had a wonderful experience in the past but was really disappointed that after I brought a large group and spent a lot of money this was not the same experience.

I thought the place was beautiful condos had great access to the beach and the rooms were clean. But I give a rating of 2 stars because fire pit was not working.. pool closed early one day then the next day pool was Open but water was really cold asked about the pool being heated staff said heater could not be turned on because it wasn't cold enough and weather had to be a certain degrees for 3 days straight for them to turn on heater😞 so unfortunately my husband and I were not able to enjoy pool.. Also they were supposed to have entertainment that was cancelled
