I’m really disappointed with both Vrbo and this property. Checking in was extremely difficult, and the directions provided were unclear. The listing advertises a pool and other amenities, but they were not accessible during our stay.When we entered the apartment, there was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to smoke or mildew from wet towels. The water pressure in the master bathroom was extremely weak, and the tub had visible dirt and rust buildup.The balcony was also unsafe and inconvenient, if the door closed behind you, you could easily get locked out. The AC did not work properly either, and my husband and I ended up sleeping in a very hot room despite the unit supposedly being on. Several lightbulbs were missing or burned out, and the TV was difficult to use because the remote appeared not to work, possibly due to dead batteries.Customer service was also very disappointing. Communication was slow, and it felt impossible to get timely help or responses, so reporting the issues did not seem worth the effort.Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again.
