This area is generally fine. However, there is a noticeable musty smell in the room, similar to what you’d expect if it had been closed up for a year. Additionally, the coffee machine wasn’t cleaned and swimming pool was closed. Other than that, everything else was good.

I Was disappointed when I checked in and found out I couldn't have a ground floor room as I have always had in the past because I booked with Expedia on line. I was told they weren't available for me unless I paid an extra fee more which I did because we really wanted a ground floor room for accessability. Very disappointed I was charged more.

Dirty and smelly place

We booked through Hotels.com and instantly regretted it. When we arrived, the pool was “under maintenance” even though it was still listed as available. The room smelled awful. I asked to cancel, but the staff said only the manager could help, and of course, she was “unavailable.” After Hotels.com called, the staff finally admitted the pool wasn’t working, but the manager still refused to cancel. Staff even said this happens all the time. Dirty, smelly, and dishonest—avoid at all costs. Thanks to hotel.com who took the responsibility and cancelled the booking.

Very basic interior. Nothing fancy. Location is in a residential area, not far from commercial areas though. Room was very basic. Tv didn’t work and curtains didn’t shut all the way.

Was disappointed that the pool was down for construction but was not informed on the website or when checking in. Front desk acted like the pool was open and never mentioned anything but how to get there. Other then that the room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good

The whole experience was horrible. Key card didn’t work, toilet was blocked for two days, they kept telling us because we booked through Expedia they could not help us with anything so we had to go to the bathroom in a toilet that would not flush. It was disgusting and we had to leave our room several times to go to the bathroom somewhere else Renovations were started at 7am and all we heard was sanding. Pool was out of order and your website did not state that. They put us on the second floor even though we had accessibility card to show my husband could not walk up stairs easily due to having two amputations again stating that it was because we booked with a third party, they could do nothing. The manager was not to be disturbed on the weekend so we had absolutely no help. We will think twice before ever booking with a third party since we get no help from the hotel when we need it due to booking that way.

We had been driving for ten hours and were exhausted snd looking forward to a next relaxing rest and sleep Check in took lot longer than expected. We were unable to get a ground floor room although the hotel was empty. Then when we were in our room mg wife discovered a. Condom down the side of the bed. Front desk were informed but appeared to offer no apology. Disappointed to say the least.

The heat would not turn off. The heater sounded like there was a transport truck in the room. The shower was cold at 6:30 am I call and told them about the heat and the noise. I got what do you except for that price. Breakfast was ok
