"Do some crazy traffic jams in Melbourne we arrived after 9:00 PM, which was their office closing time. Thankfully, the instructions for finding the room and the key had been clearly explained to us over the phone, which we really appreciated.
It was a cold, miserable night—but walking into the room felt like such a warm welcome. The owners had thoughtfully turned the heaters on ahead of our arrival, and that simple gesture made all the difference. It was a lovely way to start our stay.
