This hotel is beautiful from the outside and has a great location with close proximity to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The headboard of the bed was cloth covered and had grease stains across it. There was hair on the bottom of the shower/tub when we arrived. The breakfast was cold and not really appetizing. I booked this hotel because I had a previous stay in another La Quinta where the room was excellent and the breakfast was very satisfying. This La Quinta did not meet that standard unfortunately. I would not stay again.

The room was ok average bathroom was not the cleanest. Shower was not working at first and I had to have my keys fixed I think 5 times it just did not want to work. Shower did not work the first night was replaced the second day. Hotel guests laid their garbage all over the hallways no one there to pick it up in the evening . Pool was disgusting dirty and really needs to be resurfaced. Bed was comfortable .

I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Coral Springs South this past weekend. I’ve always liked La Quinta hotels because they are usually clean, consistent, and dependable. Unfortunately, this location feels aged — and not very graceful. The negative impression begins at arrival. The exterior is poorly maintained, with worn paint on the doors and an overall neglected appearance. Inside, the hotel shows its age, and some renovation attempts look rushed and poorly finished. The photos on the website do not reflect the property's true condition; they appear heavily edited and set expectations that are not met. In my room, there was visible dirt behind the beds — not terrible, but it suggests housekeeping isn't paying attention to the details. The bathroom had patchy paint and poorly done repairs. The biggest issue was the shower: the water was only lukewarm to cold, and it took maintenance two days to fix it. On the positive side, the location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance, and there is plenty of parking available. Breakfast was decent, though entirely industrial/prepackaged and identical every day. Overall, acceptable for a short stay due to the location, but clearly below the standard I usually expect from La Quinta.

Terrible, room wasn’t ready. Told there was no rooms on 4th floor … arrived early and had requested with front desk.. then left come back 10 hours later and was told no rooms available. Sent to room where housekeeper was beginning to clean, returned to desk and then given 4th floor room which was earlier told not available! Sad, ruined my Valentines Weekend with wife.

Room could be a bit updated, mostly the bathroom. We also found and killed a roach. Breakfast is completely plain (eggs flavorless). At least have something other than salt and pepper to offer if breakfast is always the same and bland. Please don’t cover fruit in plastic and offer paper bowls and plates for hot foods- no one wants cancer from styrofoam and please save the environment. I wanted oatmeal but refused to microwave a styrofoam bowl.

Roach, Roach everywhere. In the bathroom on the TV, clock and bedside table. I was moved three times because of the roaches. Even with photos the staff stated they never got any complain, which my lasy room had roach powder behind the sofa chair. There was no lotion in any ot the three rooms. Breakfast, no forks. I asked and the next morning still no forks. I ordered room service only to get back later that day and no service. The location is great with alot of food places. Then the internet was out for a day had to drive to an internet cafe to work.

The staff was great but the hotel is dirty and falling apart. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off, stains on the carpet and furniture and the lamp next to the bed was filthy dirty. Never again. Do better Laquinta.

Booked hotel for my brother who was having some health problems and staff couldn’t have been nicer to him even tho he wasn’t the nicest. His meds make him cranky and they handled him with grace and it was very much appreciated.
