When we checked in we were told that the only elevator was being repaired and we were on the third floor. No help was offered to drag our bags up there and no apology for the inconvenience. both of our keys didn't work two times. each time we had returned to the hotel and climbed the 2 flights to our room only to have to go back down and have keys reactivated and then climb back up to our room. Again no apology was offered. The sink had a loose faucet and the toilet had a partial clog in it so the bowl would never fill completely. On the plus side the rooms, though old and dated were very clean and the beds were comfortable but I don't think I would return

The staff are amazing I had a reservation for Saturday and another from Sunday into Tuesday. The ten were merged so I would not have to check out . The free breakfast goes along way bagels eggs sausages fruit cold cereal cream cheese and lots more to help kick start the day. We were on the 4 floor nice round with sofa sitting over looking the outside palm trees. There are restaurants within walking distance and two major banks Bank of America and Chase bank. A pool and more. La Quinta Rocks. Even with the elevator out of service it’s not bad getting a work out to the fourth floor.

I had requested 1st floor but I was put on third floor and the elevator was being replaced so we used stairs for 4 nights and 5 days, the hot water in the shower did not get warm fir 15 minutes so first day I took a cold shower. I will never stay here again

The elevater was not working and there was no one to help carry the luggage up the flights of step. My luggage is large and heavy and since i had to do it myself i almost fell down the stos. Us they have teenagers come out of there cars and go straight to the pool and dey up and go back to there cars. They don't even stay at the hotel and there is no one ro moniter it.
