1. The carpet was filthy. 2. I requested an iron since the one in the room was broken. It never came. House keeping replaced towels but did not make the beds. 3. There was no hot water in building on Tuesday. 4. On the last day of our stay, there was mildew on the bed, under the headboard of the bed near the window and next to the night table.

Room very spacious, however the shower curtain was missing at first, they quickly corrected that issue, the balcony amd scenery was facing a roof part of the building..others everything was fine.

Had to change rooms smell's very musty and wet . The second room was much better although I didn’t get a balcony. Parking was very easy . I believe his name was Steve or Stephen he checked me in and was very accommodating and easy to talk to.
