The hotel is clean but in desperate need for a complete remodel that takes it out of the 1980’s. The carpet smelled so mix I had a sore throat for days, the bathroom had stains in the shower, the shower curtain was torn, there was years old mold around the corners or the tub, the balcony door was so old it needed to be pushed to lock, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable (one of the beds had a huge indentation in the middle and I kept falling there during the night), only one outlet by the night table with an outdated clock and lamps that occasionally turned on leaving no space for phone chargers. It felt I was in a cheap motel from the 80’s. Overall cleanliness was OK and the staff looked pretty busy all the time but was friendly, and the breakfast was convenient, although the coffee leaves lots to be desired-having a Starbucks right next door made it even less appetizing.

The room was clean. The A/C was cold and quiet. We appreciated the quiet floor since we are light sleepers. The staff at check in was polite and friendly. We saw a few tiny ants on the bathroom counter. The toilet tank in the bathroom sometimes wouldn't fill up so the flushing was a little weak.

Noisy could hear people in the next room over all hours of the night, breakfast wasn’t anything overly good, hotel looks dirty, floors are sticky, spots all over the carpet, drains are very slow at draining. Good if you just need a place to crash for a night but that’s about it.

The room was horrible. Worst experience i have ever had. The room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog upon entering. There was human pubic hair on the bed closest to the door. The toilet seat was broken and held on by one screw. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. The light switch as soon as you enter the room was broken which prevented us from shutting off the light which kept me up all night. It was the worst night i have ever had in any hotel. The only reason i even stood after all that is because it was 2am and i did not want to look for another hotel at that time. I would never stay there again. I emailed the hotel email address twice to advise them of my stay and received no reply. Horrible stay. If i couls give them 0 stars or a negative amount i would

Upon arriving at the hotel, the majority of the parking lot is filled with trucks and trailers, parked across multiple spots, making it difficult to park or at some point even move freely through the parking lot. As you enter through the rickety front doors into the lobby to check in and then onto an old elevator that moves aggressively and is quite loud. In the room, the bathtub has dirty old edging, and hardly felt like something I would feel comfortable using. But don’t worry, I’m just here to sleep, right? Well at about 2:30 in the morning, I’m woken by the mini fridge making a clinking noise. I go over and unplug the mini fridge and try to get back to sleep. No big deal, right? Well, this is then followed by the air conditioner starting to make a sound like a pressure washer is moving through it. Don’t worry because at least the pillow feels like an actual sack of potatoes. Lumps in it the size of mini footballs. Like truly, and honestly, these pillows have to be several decades old. Trims, caulk, and paint all tiered or coming off, the list goes on. I’m just saying, this hotel is very clearly either unable or unwilling to even put in basic maintenance and minimal comfort necessities to run appropriately. The breakfast was good, and the pool looked decent so I want to be fair, so I gave two stars.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. The carpet in the lobby appeared very dirty, and both the elevator and hallway walls showed visible grease residue and lack of maintenance. When I entered my assigned room, there was a strong moldy odor. I reported this to the front desk and was given a different room; however, the second room also had an unpleasant smell, appeared unclean, had curtains that were falling off, and there was a visible leak. Due to these conditions, I made the decision to check out and secure accommodations at another hotel. I was surprised to find that the Marriott offered a lower nightly rate. Despite checking out approximately three hours after checking in and not staying overnight, my credit card was still charged for the full night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to guests who are seeking a clean and well-maintained environment.

Filthy!!! The hallways, elevator, outside the elevator look like they have never been cleaned. Our bathroom floor was dirty. The staff were wonderful and to be honest we were there for the death of our nephew and we were emotionally tired and didn't want to deal with it. I am surprised they have not been shut down for filth.
