I asked to switch to a different hotel, they cancelled my reservation which locked $100 out of my funds for 5 days and now I do t have enough money to get home in time before my travel voucher expires on the 9th when I have to report. I'm a disabled person and they didn't bother to ask and just assumed I had money to make another reservation after they put me out of 100 dollars, I just arrived home from being in the navy and away for 17 years and my first night back they put me on the street and would rebook my room unless I paid another 100. I was homeless my first night back thanks and they had the nerve to say being a disabled veteran doesn't mean anything at all. Local since 1997.

There is nothing to like. To begin with, the hotel is so dirty and dilapidated that it is a big surprise that it has not been closed. The room I was assigned was a dump. The ceiling had a black water mark that you could not tell if it was mold or leakage from the room above the carpet was full of stains, the bathroom had not received a cleaning in years. I immediately complained. I am still waiting for someone to answer. I asked for the Manager, but he was NOT in the property, common....

2nd day the manager approaches us to ask us in which room were we staying kind of rude also we also found dog feces behind the table between the 2 beds, the hotel gave us $40 of credit and we ran from that place. never again.

All employees were friendly and helpful. Enough parking spaces and feel safe but room condition is old. Water pressure was not strong enough .

Liked the pool, bed and bedding. Shower head was poor and water pressure very weak. Shower curtain a bit nasty.
