The person who checked us in could not have been nicer, she was wonderful. The problem is that this property is in need of new carpet and a deep clean. The smell in the hallway and the room was extremely unpleasant, I don't know how to describe it but basically, old nasty carpet. I've been in a lot of La Quinta properties and never had an issue, but this one was unacceptable.

Breakfast well done, desk clerks smiling, room was on ground floor for a senior. everything NO Problems, expept for finding the correct La Quinta! There are 2 across street from each other - mine wasn't visible from afar - seniors are nervous with fast traffic, not much time to look for numbers. Then, in Florida trying to turn around ands go to opposite side very nervewrackingl and confusing

This was a decent hotel for the price. Good location and amenities like free breakfast and free parking. The main thing is the condition of the hotel. It needs remodeling and new carpets, but it was not bad enough to ruin our stay.

I have stayed at a few La Quintas and this was nowhere to par on what I was expected. The place smelled like cigarettes. The furniture was terribly outdated. The mirror had permanent smog that didn't allow me to even see well.

The hotels were extremely unclean, the bathroom in the room was disgusting, the carpet had a foul odor and was incredibly filthy. I was moved from one room to another and they were all equally unpleasant. No individual should have to lodge in such conditions. The toilet's water tank cover did not fit properly, causing a dreadful experience, and there were bed bugs infesting the bed.
