It certainly is "old" and needed to be much updated! Just "dark" and wood and painted areas needed to be replaced and painted! Needs to be "brighted" up!! However new 1 piece shower/bathtub was beautiful!! Staff very friendly and accommodating

The staff was super nice. Somehow my reservation got messed up but they accommodated me with no hesitation. My only complaint is the condition of the rooms in comparison to the price. They were very outdated with old furniture and somewhat dirty. There was hair left in the shower/tub from previous occupants.The pool/jacuzzi water was brown and my family was scared to swim from fear of getting sick. If the hotel itself was fixed up this would be a great place to stay.

It was an affordable room located conveniently to Columbia SC. Although the room's furniture and decor was older, it was clean and comfortable. They staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.

Check in was easy enough. The pool are was dirty, the water was so cloudy you could not see thru it! Good think I was not there to swim. My bed was torn, very uncomfortable.. pillows were horrible. Stain across the ceiling, like a recent leak? And the fire alarm “chirped” all night long! I’ll never stay again

Disappointing stay.

Service at reception was excellent. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Rooms need to be refurbished. Furniture is old and cumbersome. There was no armchair in room. No where to sit and watch tv. Bathroom was clean but sink was old and worn. Walls are thin . We could hear the shower in the next room. Breakfast was the most disappointing hotel breakfast we've ever had. This hotel needs to be renovated. This was our third visit and we will not be returning.

The front desk and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms and items within were in very poor repair. We had to change rooms due to a mechanical failure which we understood. However, the room we were moved to was not clean and no offer was made to compensate us in any way. The room was extremely overpriced.

The room didn't have Wi-Fi and the hotel could not change my room or give a credit. they changed it the next day, but the internet was not great. the tub had peeled paint and was not appealing. Staff was super nice LaKish and Nico.
