Check in was horrible. The person behind the counter was new and inadequately trained or just incompetent. In addition to taking 45 minutes to check in with only 1 family ahead of me, the hotel required a $50 room deposit in addition to the room charge. In order to get a refund you were told to write down your credit card number and expiration date on a sheet of paper which I was told would be "safely" kept and then destroyed. The hotel was clean, however the towels were either cheap or washed too many times, and the wash clothes had stains on them. Breakfast was non existent. They forgot to make the coffee, and the machine they use to make it takes at least 30 minutes. They did have orange juice, apples, and a toaster, but you had to bring your own bread. I have stayed in worse, but I don't stay in those again either, as I won't be returning here. If you stay here I hope you have a better experience than I did.

The late 80's to early 90's feel

This hotel has that late 80's to early 90's vibe to it. Just a very nice but kinda off in the back off the road kind of hotel. I'd go back to again.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The shower head was literally held on with zip ties and looked like it came out of a motorhome from the 80s. The carpet was so dirty it left our socks black. On top of that, the plumbing was incredibly loud—you could hear every time anyone in the building used their bathroom, day or night. It made it nearly impossible to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. I realize it was the only hotel in town, so we were hopeful it might be a hidden gem—but unfortunately, that was not the case. Definitely would not stay here again.

Rooms were not ready when we arrived. The staff had to go physically check four rooms before finding a clean one for us. The entire property, front lobby, stairwell, hallways smelled like marijuana. When we came back around 11:30 pm people were sitting outside the pool area smoking marijuana.

The hot tub wasn’t working. And when we woke up in the morning to make a pot of coffee, a roach crawled out of the coffee pot. Besides that everything else was OK.

The bed only had a sheet on it, when asked for blankets they didn’t have king size, the toilet would not flush, the staff walk around barefoot, they charged me a pet deposit-every member of the staff was in my room working in something… I don’t have a pet and that was easy to confirm.. but had to arrange a special refund request- no clock in the room.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
