The office closes at 10pm. So do their laundry facilities. Not sure if they have an ice machine (they have ice buckets in the room) but we NEVER found the machine. No breakfast either. Otherwise, the beds very comfy.

We booked 8 rooms for two nights. We arrived late at about 10:30pm due to the delay of the flight from Yellowstone. The door is closed and nobody answer to the phone call when we got the hotel. We have pre paid the room charge. We have no way but find other hotels but other hotels available were very expensive. We were a group of 31 members. This kind of thing must not be happened to any member hotels of Hotels.com.

Good value for the price.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the sheets and towels are soft, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the slight smell of cigarettes, as though it had been a smoking room in the past.

Id highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing something affordable, clean, quite, and close to stores for a place to stay! the staff at the front desk as well as housekeeping were very kind, respectful and helpful. Ill definelty being coming back to this location for my next stay!

Great value-Great stay!

Great place to stay. A hidden gem. Everything was clean and organized. Great place to stay on a motorcycle trip. I could park my bike right in front of the door. No frills, but plenty of everything. Hot water, water pressure, and towels. This is an excellent value too. Close to tons of restaurants and bars.

The place looked nice with newish furnishing. The desk was very small and uncomfortable to work at on my laptop. Only real gripe is that the room was probably a smoking room sometime in the past as the room still had a little bit of that smell.
