Better than expected.

The room was clean, but all the furnishings were well worn and still serviceable. The staff was very friendly and quick to fix any issues at check in. Even with the updated look, it still feels dated. Not a bad stay, but not great either. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. The ones here go flat instantly.

The room was surprisingly spacious and updated for the price. It's downtown and close to event centers and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Downtown surprise

The room was clean and had been remodeled. The towels are super soft and the bed comfortable. The motel is in the downtown area of Colo Springs which does have a higher percentage of homeless than the more suburban/highway areas. That said, we felt safe and had no issues. We were careful not to leave anything in the car though. I liked this motel and the walkability to downtown businesses. It was a short walk to several great restaurants and bars.

Perfect economical for my Sunday to Friday morning stay. Was a great base camp from which my adult Son rented a Mountain Bike from Teds and i toured Colorado Springs historic sites. Thursday we hiked Mount Beirstadt.... a fairly long drive but good consideri g all.

Good updated short-stay motel

Perfectly adequate motel for short stay. Upgraded fixtures, so good lighting and plumbing. Beds and bed clothes fairly comfortable. Good AC. Not much noise. Bravo for all modernizing efforts!

Sketchy Motel

The tenants in the building were incredibly sketchy and it didn’t feel safe. The room was semi clean but the air conditioning unit smelled so bad and the wires hung out and were a tripping hazard. The whole room smelled so bad… I’d never stay here again.

The office closes at 10pm. So do their laundry facilities. Not sure if they have an ice machine (they have ice buckets in the room) but we NEVER found the machine. No breakfast either. Otherwise, the beds very comfy.

The ladies at the front desk are so nice. They made my stay feel comfortable. As a single female I appreciated being put in a room close to the main office. The facility was quiet and conveniently located.
