Located just a short 5 to10 mile drive to some main attractions such as Pikes Peak, Santas Workshop, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, The Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls trip or a nice quaint place for a small family vacation. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a private unit with its own private entrance, ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay. You'll find all the amenities you could possibly need such as, fully stocked bathroom, comfortable living space, cozy bedroom, comfy pull-out couch to ensure a restful night's sleep and even some yummy snacks for that midnight hankering. One of the highlights of the cottage is the adorable covered hot tub room, where you can relax and unwind and take in those mountain vibes. Great stay near the entrance to Pikes Peak

The host puts a lot of work into keeping this place clean and hospitable. She provided snacks, laundry detergent, shampoo body wash and some drinks. The only thing worth noting is that this is a room built into the back of the host’s home and you can hear their tv through the wall. This wasn’t a huge problem to us but it wasn’t clearly detailed in the listing and it may be a deal breaker to others.

Lazy Cottage

Our whole family loved the lazy cottage. It was stocked with everything we needed plus some extras like candy treats, snacks, games. It is a tiny space and we were a little tight with 2 adults, a 4 yr old and a 7 month old but the location is six convenient we didn’t spend a ton of time there during the day. Would totally recommend!!

Everything was exactly as shown, perfectly clean. The location is top tier and gorgeous, everything worked as it should have without issue. This was my first road trip and it was literally all that I expected. The rental, the area, the people. Colorado Springs This Rental Pure Joy. I WILL be returning. Nice cozy spot

We needed just one night and this place was perfect for us. The cottage is small but has absolutely everything you need including laundry facilities and snacks! My kids appreciated the snacks. It’s decorated very cute and is nice and quiet. The pull out couch is small and wasn’t large enough for 2 teen boys but thankfully we found a sleeping pad under the bed which accommodated one of the teens nicely! This would be the perfect location for a couple or two friends. If staying much longer than one night it might be a little cramped for families.

Great little surprise

This little unit was a great surprise. The unit was well decorated and well stocked with nice amenities. From check in to check out there were really no issues. We have stayed in many rental location all around the country and this little location gets a 5 Star from us. Even the outdoor hot tub area was well done.

Nice quick getaway

Very clean and well stocked place. There were snacks and everything you could need to cook, shower and stay cozy. Couch was not very comfortable though. Hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The hot tub shed was cutely decorated and romantic.

Cozy and clean

This little cottage was cozy and clean tucked in at the base of Pikes Peak. The instructions on how to access things were simple. The only thing we didn’t care for was the fact that it is attached to someone’s house and the description of the property does not indicate that. I would suggest that be included in the description of the property. Also the hot tub was nice however the water did not stay warm long.

The best mountain getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was so cute and clean! The host goes above and beyond with amenities. This place literally is at the base of pikes peak and just a hop skip amd jump from all the sites and cute little towns. You also got to check out the hot tub. It's just what you want after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again!
