Very nice property. It was perfect for our stay. Four adults, 2 children and our 9 pound poodle. Nice amenities and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The game room was a great bonus for family visits. We would absolutely stay here agin.

Everything about the house was perfect for what we needed for our vacation. The house setup worked well with the bed and bath configurations. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and perfectly distant from the hustyand bustle. Very relaxing.

This is a very nice property in a quiet residential neighborhood. It backs up to an open space so there are no houses behind it. There are grocery stores and retail within a few miles. We could hear a Great Horned Owl hooting at night and one afternoon a flock of turkeys came up to the patio door. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area visiting relatives. The owner is very responsive.

We loved this house. Everything was so nice and it was a very easy drive into Colorado Springs and to World Arena. The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer are HUGE! We loved the privacy of the back yard - no neighbors! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. The host was wonderful and we had a great trip. Thanks for everything!!!!

Family vacation

Overall great property for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and was in a decent location. Pros: Space for the family to spread out. The teens could chill upstairs, while the parents could stay downstairs and relax. Kitchen was nice, the beds were comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for all to use. Con’s: A/C issues, the top floor was very uncomfortable and hard to keep cool. The house had a weird smell when we arrived and the garbage can was tipped over with trash dumped all over the front yard. There is no back yard for sitting or to walk out into, plus the landscape needs some TLC/ weed killer. This property is very close to the military installations, so if you’re in town to visit family stationed here, this property would do the job. If your in town to visit all the tourists stops, you may want to look at something a little closer to those areas.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only few things I would change is, one, the towels. We only had two for the Master bathroom and they were small and scratchy. Second, The bathtub in the guest bathroom was clogged the whole time so it filled with water every time my kids took a shower. Other than those two things it was a great house and a great location. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Family Vacation

Our family loved this property! The kids loved the 3 stories, video games, board games, and the bunk beds. I loved making meals in the kitchen with the large island! Beautiful location that didn’t have a lot of traffic but still had an amazing view of the mountains. The top floor deck was beautiful and perfect for the evenings to just relax outside.

Just What We Needed

We were in town to see friends and family and were looking for a house big enough to host a couple of dinners and football games. This rental suited our needs perfectly. The 2 living rooms with large flatscreens ensured everyone had a view. The kitchen was large and well equipped and features a large island. We prepared several meals there, although if you'd prefer to eat out there are several restaurants nearby. The rear of the property abuts what seems to be protected or conserved, with no homes, and we were able to see wildlife. It would be a great dog walking area. The house is about a 20 minute easy drive to the Colorado Springs Airport. I can't think of any reason that we wouldn't stay here our next trip to the area.

Nice stay

We stay at many VRBO properties. This was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable which is a big part of my good review. Everything was set up for an easy stay. Could get to all the parts of Colorado Springs easily. We would stay again. We were a couple, but if you have a family it is set up really well.

We were here in fountain to celebrate our daughters wedding With our sons family who are from Virginia. The house was an amazing stay for the nine of us and our grandchildren really enjoyed the playroom upstairs to reconnect as cousins. A wonderful place to stay, we would do it all over again

Quiet Neighborhood

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute little balcony upstairs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals. They have the kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee. The attractions in Colorado Springs were not far away. It was a very private and quiet stay and we would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property we enjoyed our visit.
