Our stay was awesome- the house is beautiful, immaculately clean, and comfortable. We were impressed by all the little ‘extras’ that went above and beyond; little snack tray on the kitchen counter, water bottles, games, extra pillows, bathroom items, etc. We were also appreciative of the host (Kate) and her responsiveness and helpfulness. Highly recommend- 5 stars!!

Amazing location in Colorado Springs

I absolutely love this rental! It is a beautiful, clean 2 story home in a nice residential area that is close to shopping and restaurant. It was comfortable and I felt very much at home here. My teenage sons thought it was really expensive because of the tv in all bedrooms and nice decor. It is very reasonable for what it has to offer

I can't say enough good about this stay. It was simply perfect. The hostess and host have made this my favorite place to stay and I've rented a lot of homes for short stays. Their added touches are so nice. Very quick to respond to messages. I'd stay here again any time l visit the Springs!

If you're looking for the perfect place for you and your family this is it! Very clean and comfortable. It is obvious Kate is very meticulous in providing the perfect place for her guests without missing a single detail. If you forget something, no worries, Kate has you covered! This house is lacking in absolutely nothing you may need. Everything from toothbrushes to cooking utensils, and coffee, it's all there. The house is very warm, and inviting. From the second you walk in you will feel like you are at home.

The place was over the top, it was if they knew us. The snacks and over all details they have took to make it home. Best Vrbo stay ever

The host thought of everything you could possibly need. This was the best VRBO experience I've ever had, and I've had to do a fair amount of traveling. The master bedroom is STUNNING. The bed is firm. My hubby and I like a soft bed, but we were still comfortable. The other two bedrooms had softer beds if firm isn't your thing. The host clearly put a tremendous amount of thought, care, and consideration into this property. Should we come back to Colorado Springs, I will only ever stay here.

Fabulous stay!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. My family and I enjoyed it. We discovered we forgot to bring a few items (coffee) and found the house well stocked. I also had to prepare a few side meals for Christmas dinner and found everything we needed to prepare our dishes.

One of the best!!!

I’ve stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and this place was one of the best I’ve ever stayed! Very well organized and very comfortable furnishings. The garage parking was a major plus. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely try and stay again. Highly recommend!
