The place is old tired and it has been through the wringer! From the toilets not full flushing, sink wouldn’t drain. I couldn’t turn on the faucet to the bathtub it was frozen to shower use. The rusty 5 lights above the mirror didn’t turn on. And that’s just the bathroom…!

No breakfast and the pool was closed. The couch in our room was stained and our toilet didn’t work correctly. We didn’t stay 20 minutes before checking back out and finding another hotel. The staff was friendly.

I booked this stay for a work trip. After checking in I asked what time breakfast was only to be told they weren’t serving breakfast that week, Also found out pool, laundry room, and elevator were all out of service that week. I booked specifically to use those Amenities for my limited work allowance. No partial refund, no allowing me to book another hotel. I was stuck and went way over budget having to go other places to use the amenities that should have been included in my stay. Staff was nice and beds were comfortable. Next time I’ll make sure I have access to everything before checking in.

Room was ehh bathroom was dirty especially the toilet had pee all around the bowl tub was nasty beds had stains on the sheets breakfast was put out Saturday but not how it was explained when I booked my stay today when I check out there was no breakfast this hotel definitely needs a over haul

They had waffels and two kinds of cereal. The breakfast was terrible the pool wasnt even open. The breakfast and pool is the reason i stayed there.

I will start out with what was good with our stay. Staff was friendly, water pressure was really good, bed was comfortable and the a/c was good. Bad was, facility and parking lot was dirty, bed cover had a moist white stain, bathroom was dirty and stool float got stuck and would not fill up the tank at times. We found one roach running across the top of the bed in the middle of the day. No breakfast during the week. The towels were thread bare and not enough wash rags (2) . When the room was cleaned they did not leave any Coffey cups. Other then that it was convenient to the convention center in st Louis without having to stay on that big city.

The elevator was at the end of the hall. The deposit was $100. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The whole place smelled of cannabis, which was making me feel ill and have a headache.

My family and I rented 3 rooms here for the weekend. All 3 rooms were dirty. I was upgraded to another room, and that one was dirty as well. At midnight a gentleman was knocking on all the doors on the 2nd floor stating that he’s hotel security and there was a noise complaint. However everyone in my room was asleep. He later stated that he was playing and was looking for someone. When I told him I was getting my husband he walked away. When went downstairs to the front desk we’re told that they don’t have security. We packed up all of our belongings and had to go check into another hotel. Which was very inconvenient for us. My sister room had splash’s of blood on the blanket and bathroom wall. The tub in my mother’s room was leaking. This hotel really needs to close down and renovate the entire building. Do not stay here!

Quality Inn

The place had a recent inspection that they failed. The elevator was broken, the pool and hot tub were closed and they could not serve breakfast. We requested a different room because of the elevator issue. The inn sent a reimbursement to Hotels.com on my behalf which they in turn should be returning to me. Where is the notice from Hotels.com re: the reimbursement?
