Our room us always cleaned very well daily and we love the housekeeping staff. The ground was fairly clean but the resort is dated. We went to another spa elsewhere because we werent told by the frontdesk there was one at the resort. It wasnt a terrible stay but it wasnt amazing. Our bed was super comfortable so that helped. Maybe we'll stay there again when it's renovated.

I truly appreciate the beauty of the rooms and the charm of the area. The sight of the boats and yachts is delightful, and the balcony views are simply breathtaking. There's something special about the clear skies and waters that just brings a sense of peace and joy.

Overall my stay was okay. More effort could have been taken when it comes to house keeping cleaning the room. The bed was made but floors were not swept or moped. Also the air vent in the bathroom did not work but the room was in somewhat of in a good condition. I would say this property has a lot of potential of being an amazing place to stay just needs a little more maintance.

Unfortunate Experience.

This is a great property that has not been cared for and updated. Our room was nice, but we had no phone service, so you could not call the front desk or other services. Our water was not hot to shower. They did come and made it a bit hotter, but then the next day we had no water all day. Couldn’t even use the toilet. They fixed that, but then the water was not hot again. The hotel did not have breakfast facilities on the property. You had to take a $15 taxi ride to get breakfast and then a $15 taxi ride back. Terrible! There were 2 restaurants on the property for lunch or dinner. They were good. We did find the employees to be helpful and friendly. That were all disappointed that the hotel did not keep the property up and didn’t seem to care about it. This is a Wyndham property and it should be better than this. Too bad as it’s a great location with a lot of possibilities.

The customer service was really great. Jeanysse, Serth,Ivanna and all the front desk workers were great and very helpful. The belly boys, the housekeepers and the securities provided wonderful service.Management just needs to update the accommodations for the guest. See you next year.😊

Property upkeep was poor, animal poop next to swimming pool 2 days in a row, not the same area. Looks like 20 years ago this was a great resort now the only thing it has is the Wyndham name next to it as a marketing trick, it worked this time. Owner likes the money made from his casinos and does not care about this resort. Beach's are far away. The shuttle needs to have more room to get into and out of. Elevator was not working. Lights at night did not work, very dark areas. Drive way was a mess many pot holes and broken concrete. Front desk building is run down and bathrooms were dirty, first image of resort is poor. I think I've said enough.

Mold in the room

This hotel has lost its umph!!! The chairs were peeling leather, the pillows on the couch was dirty and the room had mold. I didnt stay. I had to book another hotel elsewhere.
