Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Loved the color in the decor, very modern. It was a very nice touch how they had coffee in the lobby at every hour and a nice breakfast.

The hotel is brand new and the staff don’t know how to do anything. I have stayed twice n the last two weeks and I have been double charged both times (still waiting for a refund). The bathroom was not clean (stains on toilet, hair in bed, room smelled like a barn). It was brutal both times. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Nice New Hotel, But Needs Better Staffing and Atte

The hotel itself is newly built and has potential, but our stay had several issues that need improvement. When we arrived, the customer service clerk wasn’t able to help us because our reserved room hadn’t been cleaned. She didn’t know how to switch us into a different room, so we had to wait for another staff member to return and assist us. Thankfully, he was able to move us into a king-size room for the same price. The room looked fine at first, but the shower wasn’t very clean—it had hair on the walls. Later, when we went to breakfast around 9:15, they were out of eggs and sausage. Initially, the staff member said there was no more sausage, but after about 10 minutes, eggs were brought out, and sausage followed 5 minutes later. To her credit, she seemed to be the only person working the front desk and breakfast that morning, which may explain the delays. Other guests also seemed to be having issues with their room keys, and we had trouble getting into the hotel through the back door—it wouldn’t recognize our key cards, so we had to walk around to the front. Overall, I usually enjoy Tru by Hilton properties, and I know this location is still new, but they definitely need to “tighten up ship.” A little more staffing, attention to cleanliness, and maintenance on the locks would go a long way toward making this location live up to the Hilton brand.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it has been a clown show both times. I was double charged each time and had to spend several hours getting the management to refund me. The staff is very green and struggle doing the most basic tasks (checking a guest in for example). My last room was dirty (toilet had not been cleaned, hair in bed) and the room smelled like farm animal. Traveling for work is hard enough as it is, this place adds needless frustration and discomfort. Stay somewhere else…

The overall hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the bathroom. I am in a wheelchair and we got a roll in shower room. The room was very spacious and easy to move around in. But when I took a shower this morning the whole bathroom floor was covered in water. My husband helped me to make sure the shower head never pointed out of the shower, but when we went to get out there was water covering the floor. Very scary for someone with a broken leg.
