Book a hotel near City Center Shopping Mall, Nasr City

"Overall great stay, these are fantastic apartment hotels in Masr El Gedida area! The rooms themselves are brand new, very modern and decently spacious. Beds are comfortable and kitchens are well-equipped! 24h front desk is also an added benefit for apartment hotels. Only two complaints: (1) rooms didn't feel like they were deep cleaned at check-in (floors were obviously not mopped), (2) Prime Residence needs to clarify the differences between the room types! When I called them I was told they're all identical in terms of what's inside the rooms and only difference is square footage but this is very false! We booked a Deluxe and our friends booked a Superior which is lower rank and cheaper and they had a full 1-bedroom apartment while we had a studio! On another occasion we also booked the most basic room and it was missing a couch and the washing machine which shows that the differences are not just square footage."

"We really liked the security service always making sure they documented where we were going who we were going with and when we would be back they were also great with talking to the drivers and giving them precise directions where to pick us up at very much enjoyed our stay"

"We stayed there for three days, I paid a lot of money for the better suite and expected good service, The WiFi would go out daily and you wouldn’t have it for hours, the key would blank out daily and if you are on a top floor that meant going down to the lobby and getting a new one, this happened three times with us. The bathroom shower had black mold and flooded, since we had a suite there was also a tub with shower we used that, but the water wouldn’t mix in the shower so it was either extremely hot or cold. "
