Nice staff to check us in. Nice staff at the breakfast bar. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom could use some attention with piece of wall border off. Ally, at breakfast bar was awesome. Derrick checked me in. Lovely that you have all are welcome here signs!!!!! Tad bit expensive for the room I though.

The hotel is decorated very colorfully and with artwork highlighting famous things about Cincinnati (tv shows based there, Fiona the hippo, bands from the city, etc). The lobby has comfortable seating and is spacious. Check in was quick. My king bed room was large, with ample lighting, good water pressure in the shower, nice toiletries, and was relatively quiet. I took off a star because all 4 of the pillows on my bed were lumpy and uncomfortable

The staff was very nice from the time we checked in to ordering food from the restaurant, which was absolutely amazing to the bartender and her conversation and her cocktails. The rooms were spacious and clean and the theme of the hotel was very cute and I would recommend this for families with children or just a girls trip which we did.

Front desk staff were great. The young lady working poindexters was really great. The staff at Fiona’s didn’t seem like they wanted business. No eye contact. The room was cold at 80 degrees. Sink wouldn’t drain. No water in the room.

The hotel decorations were a lot of fun, and the room itself was very clean and spacious. We had dinner onsite at Fionas, it was delicious. The server was top notch. She really went the extra mile to accommodate my family. Great decor, great food, great music, great staff and great location. We would definitely stay here again.
