Or room was recently renovated. The quality of the bed and bedding was impressive! Renovations continued in the unit above us until 2:30am which was a major concern! They discounted us $20.00 unfortunately doesn't make up for a sleepless night while travelling!

Room was newly renovated (small things such as exterior trim etc were still being worked on) but it was a lovely bathroom with a great rain shower. Easy check in and very walkable neighborhood. Bed is very firm and solid, which was a big plus in my books (wasn’t a fan of the big fluffy pillows but that’s just me). Opted for the second floor and was able to sit on the balcony, overlooking our parking spot, looking towards the park.

We liked that the motel was in the town centre. It's a quiet town, so there were no disturbances from the outside. The motel is undergoing updates, so the room we were in had a new feel to it. We loved the bedding that was used; the pillows and sheets were clean and felt great. We did not like that the guests above us were noisy during the night. The repeated thumping on the floor until late at night and then early in the morning stopped us from getting a good sleep. We were also disappointed that we did not get the room refreshed with new towels, more coffee pods, or the bed remade on our second day. That is a standard service unless the guest requests no maid service.

Was in the middle of extensive renos, so some chairs/table on order for our room hadn't arrived yet, but otherwise a great experience. Would definitely stay again, looking forward to seeing what the finished redo is like.

This property may look old on the outside, but the inside is completely renovated. The sleep was fantastic. Great selection of pillows. Super soft linens. The motel is quiet. Staff is super friendly with a nice handwritten welcome. We stayed for 1 night. The only drawback was we had a guest argument in the hallway that woke us up at 1:45am but that is not the motels fault. We had 2 dogs which they said no problem. There is a $20 fee for each dog. Bonus park opposite was great for our dogs. Conveniently located near everything as it’s the downtown of Hope. Walkable. Would 100% stay here again. Very impressed.

The Windsor is going through extensive renovations which is a good thing. The room we had was renovated and was very nice. Once they are done this will be very nice. I like support hotels that are investing in improvements so I’m willing to be flexible as they go through this. There are options for food all around the hotel
