I came to this location specifically because it says theres a pool. Get there and the water in the river is probably more warmer. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. I went there for that reason to go im the pool ..the site is misleading. If i knew it didnt work, I would have made different choice of motel/hotel .

There were bugs in the room, the pool and hot tub were not open, which was the only reason i choose to stay at this property. Disappointed for sure. The best thing about the property was the people checking me in. So incredibly nice and helpful

Pool was advertises as working. It is but there is no heat in the pool or the building used to house the pool. The staff said it didnt matter bc she already gave me a good enough discount bc i booked throigh expida..both i wont do again.

Just a quick stay while we traveled for Christmas but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable which is what mattered to us this time.

We checked in instantly moved to another room then left and so far, no refunds.. junkys, cigarette smoke, deceptive pictures.. I wouldn't use the pool even if it was operational which it was not. Avoid this place at all cost, condemnable. I will likely take it to the CRT..

As a mom, I always use a wipe to clean off remotes and counters in hotel rooms as there is always something dirty. There was not here! The hotel is worn down with taps that leak, but it is clean.

Greeted us nicely at check in. Room and beds were clean. Cleaned room everyday. Family suit was very good with 3 queen beds. Beds were all very comfortable. Slept good, no noise. We extended our check out time to 11:00 am and the owner was very nice about it. Very good location.

Window screens broken, peeling paint in room, cracked tv screen…. Beds were comfortable though and bedding seemed clean. But from broken screen in bathroom there was mouse droppings in the morning (or else we didn’t see them when we got in late that night)!

The operators were very nice and welcoming. The property itself is is a bit tired, but everything works as it should and it’s clean. Don’t expect a Hilton experience on a budget, though.

Booked 2 rooms; 2 queens per room and asked for adjoining and got it. Check-in was quick and friendly. Rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable and pillows were melt into perfect. I was able to find a skinny pillow too for picky necks. Hope is a city where there are just people up to nothing/no good so the hotel has a parking attendant to scare away any random sketchy people however the guy kept assuming we weren’t staying even after he was there when we checked in 2 rooms no less; so that was annoying but once we stuck to their lot and were able to smoke right outside the door to our rooms we didn’t have to worry about being mislabeled nor any sketchy people being mischievous. My husband even left his wallet visible in my car and nothing happened overnight. Whew! The train is a very real thing in Hope and unavoidable but this hotel felt more shielded from the noise and we all slept great, even the dog. I recommend the restaurant next door; fantastic food and people. Gas station convenient for the next morning. Despite stairs and stares, we had a great stay and I would stay with them again.

Price was good. Newer furniture king bed in living quarters. Bathroom needs work and should be redone. Broken floor tiles. Mold around tub. But rest ok. Good value for money.
