Was disappointed. Very expensive for what we got and did not feel welcomed being an Expedia member. Felt sub-par booking through Expedia. Coffee pot handle in room was sideways unable to use. Drapes were torn, iron had sticky stuff on it. Mirror in bathroom had no light working on it.

Light fixtures were falling off the wall, vanity mirror didn’t work, mold around the sink, no shower door so water goes everywhere, limited towels provided, but the staff were friendly. Property entrance only has one way in and one way out, meaning u turns to get in to property, and adding extra time to travel to access highway going east on Hwy 1.

No quality control on cleaning staff. Bathroom sink had mould/black all around under lip of countertop. When I arrived there was hair on toilet seat, and completely random large piece of tape hanging from ceiling. Also hallways had bits of paper and string and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The hotel is quite nice actually, but again the cleaning staff just wasn’t doing their job.

Overall not a bad hotel. Great staff. But the property is tired. Not sure if it was only our room, but the carpets were filthy. Our socks were brown after walking on the carpet in the room! With bare feet the carpet was actually sticky! Very off putting. But the beds were comfy and the staff were very nice.
