Impressed!

The property was in a great location and also a safe location. Downtown was only a quick few minutes drive and I liked that it was out of the hustle and noises of downtown. Safe, well-lit parking lot with plenty of parking. Property itself is very updated, modern, clean and the rooms are exceptionally large. The room had electronic black out shades (which was very nice), a bar/fridge area with bar sink, sofa and a large desk. Bathroom was modern and large as well and had sliding doors that also had a blackout application so when someone uses the bathroom at night it blocks out the light into the room to those that are sleeping. TV was large and on a mount where you could swivel in all different directions of the room so you could watch if you were in bed or sitting on the sofa. Enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

When we got there to check in, there was 2:58 and we were refused to even try to check in first of all. Second of all the room wasn't ready for over an hour. Third the water in the shower was barely warm. it never got over probably 80°. Last when I grabbed a towel to get out of the shower, it had a butt stain on it And it was supposedly a clean towel!! Besides allowing dogs, I would never go back very, very, very disappointed this is the second day and I don't ever want to come back.
