Enjoy the entire third floor, which includes 3 bedrooms, a private bath with claw-foot soaking tub and shower, private kitchen with full amenities, and the original ballroom which serves as a living and dining room. Air mattress for 1 extra guest. Available as separate rental, is a 2nd floor bedroom for 2 extra guests or a coach house which sleeps 2.

Charming Lakeshore Gem

We loved our stay in this gem nestled in Evanston’s Lakeshore District. We stayed in the three-bedroom unit on the top floor—with ample space to spread out and relax, take walks, and head down to the beach. Janet was super-responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
