Love our stay at Sunshine House for 3 nights. Good value!!! Easy check in, building and room are always clean! Very friendly staff... location not far from old city which reachable by walk.... 7-Eleven not far from the building and local seafood, Local pub and 24h self-service laundry just next door (with free detergent and softener...yess they are included!) Moreover Santitham restaurant next door make it as a simply because it’s the only place that serve good coffees and foods. Don't forget to try their fresh orange juice!

Excellent budget choice in quiet area!

Hard to beat its value/price ratio. Hotel is not too big, is in very good condition, clean and well maintained with friendly staff. Area is fine, good for sleeping as its green and quiet. Definitely will come back. Small disadvantage is late checkout - they charge 100THB per hour.

WiFi failed on New Year's Eve when I needed to speak to family. Advertised as business hotel with premium rates - no compensation offered for what became a serious frustration with no resolution. Emailed hotel, response stated it was a failure of external company - something I wouldn't expect the customer/client to suffer for without compensating in some way - especially on New Year.

Sunshine hotel is a quiet spot in a noisy town. It is safe and welcoming. It is just a little bit out of the way but walkable to plenty of food outlets. The front desk can order you a grab taxi (Uber) to take you anywhere very cheaply. You can also grab a red truck or tuktuk to return cheap. Room was very clean and spacious and comfortable and we'll priced. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a real gem, very inexpensive ( about $25/night) tucked into a quiet street but close to great restaurants, bars and street food vendors. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful and speak very good English. They were able to steer us to cheap bike rentals and a great place for Thai massage. I'd recommend Sunshine House in a heartbeat.

Everything is perfect except for wifi. every front desk staff i have met is extremely nice and willing to help, however, wifi in room is weak... can't even reach facebook... there is no hairdryer in room but can borrow from front desk.
