Nice villa in the middle of nowhere - dont bother.

Villa nice, owners rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast adequate. Pool tiny. No restaurant or airport transfers as advertised. Terrible location - nothing nearby, cannot walk anywhere due to packs of feral dogs, must have car or rely on taxis. Strong sewerage smell from toilet at night. Disappointing.

2 bedroom Villa

Very nice villas. Stayed in a two bedroom. A little disappointed it didn't have a master bathroom but it was pretty. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Awesome for the price!

honeymoon get away

We stayed for 6 nights in nov. for our honeymoon. This hotel was amazing and out of the way. The only reason we did not give it a 5/5 is that there was no where to eat near the hotel. Mr. Chai was the hotels taxi driver who drove us around while we were there and he was amazing, no matter what time it was he was there to take us back to the hotel. They helped us book tours. Very accomodating and friendly

Too secluded at Lanna Boutique Village.

Lanna Boutique was an interesting place. Our private bungalow was very beautiful and private. Nice furniture and beautiful hardwood floors and bathroom. There was blood on our curtains that looked questionable and they only had twin beds so we had to push our beds together which were uneven and ended up sleeping separately. The location was not ideal. It was pretty far out of town and taxi's in town did not know where this location was. We were afraid to go to town because we were not sure if a driver could get us back. Mr. Chai (from Lanna Boutique) charged us 350 baht for a ride into town which is a little pricey. There weren't any restaurants nearby and anytime we wanted food we had to ask the staff to order food for us and go pick it up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but this was much more secluded than we had hoped for.

Nice little secretive place

The property was a little far away from the city centre but that's what we wanted - away from the bustle. It was a little hard to find because the location on the Google Maps was wrong. Follow the GPS coordinates given by the hotel and it should be fine. We liked that we had a whole villa to ourselves (2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 8) and our boys even had lots of green spaces to play frisbee and boomerang in front of our villa. If you like peace and quiet, this is a great secret.

Must stay!

For family with kids who wants a quiet stay with fresh air in Chiang Mai, this is the best place. We feel homely and welcomed. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with fruit and vegetable. Not common in Singaporean's diet. Great hospitality as well! Go there w/o a plan and Mr Chai will give you good tips and suggestions on where and what to do!

Beautiful, peaceful home away from home

I stayed in this hotel with my daughter (12), brother (24) and mom. This place is beautiful. It is very peaceful, away from the hustles and bustles in the city. The villa was very clean and nice. Its like you are in a spa. The owner and their staff was amazing. They were very helpful.

Familiär geführte Anlage zu weit außerhalb

Das Hotel wird sehr familiär und zuverlässig geführt, die englischen Besitzer sind über die Wintermonate im Hotel, ansonsten hat das Zepter ein thailändisches Paar in der Hand. Man kümmert sich sofort um Probleme, von denen es allerdings kaum welche gibt, weil die Anlage gepflegt wird. Die Bungalows sind schön groß und es gibt genügend Schränke. Das bei Buchung gewünschte King Size Bett stand nicht zur Verfügung. Der kostenlose Shuttleservice zum Flughafen stand nicht zur Verfügung. Es handle sich um eine Fehleintragung von Hotels.com, dies hatten die Hotelbesitzer schon mehrfach erfolglos rückgemeldet. Problematisch war die Lage unseres Bungalows Nr. 8. Direkt daneben befindet sich eine Kochschule. Hier läuft morgens bereits laute Musik und es gibt viel Lärm durch die täglichen Gruppen. Wir waren den ganzen Tag auf Sightseeing Tour, wer aber einmal dableiben möchte, ist sicher nict gut bedient mit Bungalow Nr. 8. Die Lage der Anlage ist zu weit weg von Chiang Mai. Taxifahrten kosten 300-400 Baht, Taxis sind aber schlecht zu bekommen, weil keiner in die Pampas hinausfahren möchte. Alternative ist ein Roller. Kann aber nicht über das Hotel geordert werden, sondern man muss erst mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fahren. Das Frühstück ist sehr karg, Nescafe, Toast, ein Teller mit Spiegelei und Würstchen. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

쉼을 위한 여행에 좋은 호텔

깔끔하고 세련된 독채로 구성된 빌리지로 작고 아담한 수영장과 예쁜 정원이 있음. 우리가 묵을때는 비수기 여서 인지 우리 가족만 있어서 한가롭게 지낼 수 있었다. 우리 가족은 방콕,푸켓,카오락을 거쳐서 마지막으로 치앙마이 란나부띠끄에 도착 했는데 여행 마지막 일정으로 지쳐 있었던 차에 잘 쉴수 있었다. 하지만 치앙마이 관광등을 목적으로 짧은 일정으로 오신분들에게는 불편할 수 있는 위치에 있다. 선데이마켓이 열리는 타페게이트 까지는 300바트(편도)로 택시비가 비싼편이고 공항은 350바트 였으며 일단 너무 시골에 있다보니 근처 슈퍼까지 걸어가는데만해도 10분이상 소요된다. 차나 오토바이를 렌트하실분이나 한가롭게 쉬고 싶으신분들에게는 추천.

Nette Bungalows, guter Standard im örtlichen Stil

Privat betrieben von einem sehr netten kanadischen Paar in einem sehr netten Ambiente. Nur ca. 8 sehr saubere große Bungalows mit großer Terrasse und Bad.. Täglicher Handtuchwechsel, alle 2 Tage Bettwäsche. Große gute Betten und ein gutes Frühstück. Nur ein kleiner Pool. Einziger Knackpunkt ist, dass es weit ausserhalb liegt und man im Hotel nicht essen kann. Man braucht also ein Auto oder Fährt mit dem Taxi (ca. 15-20Min.). Eine Fahrt 300 Bhat. Dafür aber freier Airportservice. Ps: Keine Mücken!
