great location, great staff

Pros: Beds and linens are very high quality, great bathrooms.
Cons: More water bottles.
Location: Centrally located for shopping, restaurants, bars and night markets. This area is my preferred location of all Chiang Mai.
The hotel is beautiful, tasteful and understated beauty. That was the obvious desire of the designers of the hotel and was completed in the attitude of the staff and personnel. Friendly staff, always a smile at hand and a willingness and expectation to make guests happy. Missed my first day due to weather conditions at Korea, but sure enjoyed when I got there. Went away for a week, and when I got back to the hotel everything was ready for me and I was treated like I had never even checked out the week before. No re-registering, just welcomed me back and handed me the key card. Very polished. Had a car on my return trip and they accommodated me to park right in front. Really nice people!
