I had a wonderful stay at The Chimes in Chiang Mai. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Every interaction felt friendly and sincere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance to temples, shopping, night markets, and plenty of great restaurants, which made exploring the area very convenient. The only minor downside was some noise from children playing in the pool everyday, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault — just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a very quiet pool experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service. I would happily return.

The chimes was in a soft opening phase, had I known this I wouldn’t have stayed there. What really bother me was Expedia charged more than the rate the hotel was offering due to the soft opening . It really wasn’t together . For the price which seems inexpensive to any city you can do better. Sorry Chimes I won’t be back ...

수영장 시설은 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 다만 물은 좀 흐린눈 해야되요.. 옆 호텔이랑 같이 쓰는 수영장인데 카임스에는 꼭 수영복 입으라고 하는데 옆호텔에서 온 가족은 걍 아무옷이나 입고들어옴. 그러나 아무 제지가 없어서 읭 스러웠어요

Nice hotel

Good location, nice pool and room. The room is quite big, and located at a quite street, where has not much traffic. I had a lovely 4 nights stay, the aircon is a bit noisy, but with my earplug is fine for me. There is no breakfast service in the hotel, but you can easily find breakfast near by. the X bar at the hotel has reasonable price and very friendly vibe, we visit there so often to watch sport match and play pool table. Good hotel and I will come back again.
