My staff was awful. My first room- 2 queen bed, didn't have a table or chairs. I went and told the staff and manager. They added those items to my room while we were away. We were happy to see them when we returned. The shower didn't work due the lever was broken. I call the front desk for another room. He gave me the room next door- 1 king bed. He then had to move the the table and chairs into that room. While he was moving the furniture, my children discovered roaches in the bathroom. I asked for another room, but nothing was available. We had to make sure our bags were sealed and food items put in the refrigerator to prevent the roaches from getting in. The 3 of us had to share a bed. That was very uncomfortable. I then checked out a day early due to the flith of thid hotel. I will not return to this hotel again and I would love to get my money back!!!!!!

This was the worst! Room extremely dated, roaches in the room, heater broken and didn't work the first two days I was there. The window was not sealed so there was noise and cold air coming in. The bathroom was just as bad - pipes exposed in the shower. This does not deserve a 1 star review.
