I purchased 2 rooms with breakfast included. Got to hotel and was told they did not have breakfast and I had to call Travelocity for a refund. One of my rooms was a handicapped accessible with a roll in shower which was dirty. I felt like a second class guest because I booked through a third party. Very disappointing.

The room was not stocked for our family needs. There were no leanings for the pull out sofa where my children were going to sleep. The hotel knew how many guest were staying and only had 3 towels in the room when we needed at least 4. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. The staff thought everything was just one big joke. We even checked out early and were not asked how our stay was or why we were leaving early. The breakfast was also a joke. 35 dollars for an all you can eat buffet with no food on it and when asked, the answer by the staff was, "we are short staffed today".

Nice hotel in Greenbrier shopping area

Pros: The price was nice but the staff and overall room layout and how clean the place was.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: Area was very nice, easy access to I64 and also to any type of shopping that one wanted to do.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, neat, one of the nicest rooms that we have stayed in for a good period. There is plenty of shopping that one could do at this location if that what you wanted to do. The breakfast was excellent each day that we eat there. We are going to find a Hilton Garden Inn the next time we need to stay overnight in an area.

GREAT STAY!!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, great staff!
Location: n/a - we stopped only for the night during our travels home
We had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was great and went out of their way to help us. We had booked through Travelocity and our room type was not available - the staff on duty went over and above to help make us as comfortable as possible in the room we were provided. We were offered free breakfast for our troubles, even though the trouble was not at the hands of the hotel. While eating breakfast, we were also given box lunches since they had extra from an event being held.
