Also, on checkout day the ONLY elevator was not in operation, and we had to walk down steps with our belongings. My husband is 80yo and I am handicapped. It was extremely unpleasant departure!!!

During check out the elvator went down and it was not fun having to carry down a baby and luggage from the 4th floor. The walk way down the stairs smelled like paint.
