Newly built, fully furnished, 2 bedrooms with a nook area and 2.5 bath townhome right off I-24 and less than 5 minutes to the main downtown area! Fiber internet, smart TVs in every room, quality comfy bedding, and outdoor space on each level! Parking available steps from the front door (and EV chargers). Located walking distance to several restaurants, Publix, and the TN Riverwalk w/ access to bike and scooter rentals!

The space

2 Bedroom/2.5 bath townhome.

1st Level - Open living room and kitchen, with half bath and pantry for convenience. There is a nice sized patio to enjoy coffee and relax with views of Lookout Mtn in the distance!

2nd Level - Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer and balcony.

3rd Level - Second bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a balcony. There is also a pull-out day bed in a separate nook from the bedroom for an additional sleeper.

Well stocked kitchen and coffee included. Make you a cup on us, or hop across the street to Sunny Cup or Chattanooga Coffee Company for the best cup o’ joe in town! Coffee shops and other great restaurant recommendations sent the day before check-in!

Parking lot and street parking available (+ EV chargers nearby)

Only steps away from the Riverwalk, which spans over 16 miles throughout the St Elmo and Downtown areas. Scooters and Bikes available to rent nearby (Electric options as well!).

Located at the foot of Lookout Mountain, offering picturesque views and hiking trails. Also near many tourist attractions such as Rock City, Ruby Falls, and TN Aquarium.
