First, I hate when people get a room at a reasonable place and then try to compare it to the Hilton. This is a great room for the price. It was rated at 3.9 but I feel better than that—would definitely stay there again!! Clean room comfortable bed with extra pillows. Breakfast had soft biscuits- usually hard as a rock even at the high line places-

Booking by Travestylocity sucks. I booked 2 hotels through you all. You got them both on the WRONG DATES! Had to argue with the rep And finally a supervisor to get corrected. Finally booked my own .

Thank you very much for your recent stay and for taking the time to post a review. While it was great to read that you enjoyed your stay (based upon your high rating), I was disappointed about the coffee pot issue. Our in-room coffee pots have a three selection switch (OFF - WARM (for the heater plate) - and ON (to brew coffee). The writing under the switch can be hard to read unless you pick up the coffee maker. The coffee maker will be checked tomorrow and replaced if needed, Your stay was greatly appreciated, and it is hoped that you will continue to favor the Days Inn by Wyndham brand as you travel.

The property allowed us an early check in as we were travelling for a funeral. The room was clean and as expected for a Days Inn. The front desk, Lori, recommended 2 restaurants that both exceeded expectations. She also provided coupons for both. Our stay was calm and had no hiccups. We appreciate the kindness of the staff during a difficult time.

I was very sorry to learn that you did not enjoy your stay. Our Front Desk was able to cross-reference your Anonymous post to a reservation. I understand that you were upset that you were assigned to a handicap accessible room versus a standard room. This was because the site you used selected that room type for you. Unfortunately, we cannot change details on third-party reservations because are screens are locked by your travel agent. You also made what is referred to as a "opaque reservation." These are unique because they tend to focus on price at the expense of specifics such as which hotel you will be staying at, type of room, number of beds, etc. I am also very sorry that you referred to our breakfast as being "horrible." We have so many items to choose from such as Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, Kellogg's Raisin Bran, Carbon's Golden Waffles, Papetti Farm Eggs, Sara Lee Raisin Bread, Land-O-Lakes, Pillsbury, etc. and go to the expense of providing these top brands so that we can provide our guests with consistent quality. We provide great value because our complimentary breakfast can easily be compared with that of a chain restaurant on our street which charges $12 per person + tax and plus beverages. Again, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, and I can sympathize with your concerns. However, we can only provide what your agent has selected on your behalf.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The building was showing its age in places, but a good value for the price. I would stay there again.
