Embracing the English theme is very well done, especially with the generous complementary breakfast and 4pm tea. Spacious rooms perfect for family or group gatherings. Our tv remote was covered in either honey or syrup so I was very glad to have antibacterial wipes to clean it off. Otherwise the staff are exceptionally welcoming, hospitable and accommodating.

The room and the hotel itself were very clean and appealing. The staff was friendly and efficient and welcoming. Lots of food and drink options as well as some basic necessities available in the lobby. Parking was easy and close to the doors. Grounds were nicely kept. About a 1 mile walk to concert arena with lots or shopping and food options close by. I would like stay there again and would recommend
