We really enjoyed the location and the property itself.It afforded privacy and quiet time when needed. Our family was there for friends wedding- we leftThe toddler at home- so was a great pick me up for our kids to get a break from being mom and dad. So many places to go, things to do too hard to pinpoint.

Beautiful Charleston

The house is perfectly located—close to shops, restaurants, and the college, but it is also on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. It served as a good base of operations to explore the rest of Charleston, too.

Enjoyable Stay

We all had a wonderful time in Charleston, and we loved the apartment. It was very clean and great for four adults! Jamie was very helpful and responded quickly when we were having problems with the wifi. We would stay there again.

Great Stay...Great Location!

We stayed in this apartment while in Charleston for a family wedding. The property was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. The property manager, Jamie, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Mom's 70th Birthday

This place was perfect for 2 couples wanting king beds. The third bedroom with queen served as a good home office room. Having two levels, both with a veranda, was amazing, especially the second floor veranda.

You can't go wrong staying here!

I stayed here for a getaway with two friends. We were so pleased with the accommodations inside and out. Our unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The outside might have been even better with a courtyard and wrap around porches. It's in a great location and we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fun Four Day Stay

Jamie, the property manager, went above and beyond to get us in a day early! It was extremely helpful for our situation. She was wonderful!! The place is lovely, extremely clean and very comfortable! The location is excellent too. King Street is a stones throw. We would definitely book this place again!

5 Stars across the board!!!

The property was perfect for a family wedding. So close to my sisters, cousins, nephews, nieces. Beautiful grounds with outdoor spaces, expertly decorated and curated interior. Host was very quick with requests. Don’t hesitate to stay here, walking distance to all the goodness Charleston has to offer.

Wedding Week

The house was everything and more than expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but just want you needed. The amenities were more than expected. There is a beautiful courtyard just out the door if you have a few moments to just sit outside. The manager Jamie was wonderful to work with.

Great property - great location!!

We needed to place to stay, near King St., for our family (six of us) to attend a wedding. While physical appearance of the unit completely met our expectations, it was the surrounding grounds on the site that was even more impressive! Small, intimate seating areas around small fountains or gas fireplaces made the stay even better for us to "host" other members of the wedding party on our last night. This is the second time in less than a year that my wife & I have been to Charleston and, on our next visit, this is the FIRST place we'll check to see if anything is available.

We had an amazing stay here. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our group. One couple and two singles. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen/living area was perfectly sized for us. Lots of extras like coffee soap paper goods shower stuff and even umbrellas which we unexpectedly needed. The property was well kept with lots of beautiful outdoor spaces. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants on King St and having a parking spot was very helpful for our short car rides. Jamie reached out ahead of time with tons of useful info and very nicely detailed so we had no communication issues at all. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Perfect location

We stayed in this property while in town for a family wedding. The home is in a great location and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The home was furnished with anything you may need including coffee, dish soap, pots/pans/ dishes, glassware, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryers. Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner was always quick. Jamie was very easy to work with. The parking permit is a plus and nice to have a dedicated place to park. The courtyard area was so nice and we saw people daily cleaning the fountains, blowing leaves off the walkways, etc. It was very clean and well-kept. There is construction on a building right by the property so there was construction noise each morning at 7 am; this has nothing to do with the owners or the property - but just a heads up in case you are staying here in the near future. St. Phillips Square would be an excellent place to stay for a larger group. It is a beautiful place.
