Guest Access: Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. Charm In Charleston
Your property is lovely. I would suggest that rugs be put on the floor in the unit above the bedroom from unit A. We were awakened both nights by people in heavy shoes walking around (12:30-1:30 AM); something heavy was dropped several times as well. Also, please be aware that the South Carolina roaches are present in the kitchen. This is a nasty thing to deal with. We enjoyed the walkable location and having off street parking, once the impolite people moved their car from our space an hour after we arrived.

Lovely old apartment in a great location
Fantastic location just around the corner from King Street. The property, although old was tastefully decorated with modern appliances and a very comfortable bed. A couple of
minor issues with WiFi and our inability to work the blinds were solved quickly, but would have been helpful to have some written instructions somewhere.
Overall a great place to base yourself when visiting Charleston. Would definitely stay again if we visit again as a couple.
