I booked this hotel in February because it offered transportation to and from the airport. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to ask where the shuttle would pick us up. I was informed that as of March 1st, an airport shuttle was no longer available and I would have to arrange other transportation. It cost me over $70 to travel to and from the airport. This is not an expense I was planning on. As a side note, when I turned on the tv at the hotel, one of the slideshow screens said that transportation to and from the airport was available. Very confusing.

One particular Front Desk Staff was exceptional. He went over and beyond assisting me in making sure I was provided a pick-up service from the airport car rental office when the hotel driver suddenly went home sick. He went over and beyond for an anxious customer like me. Thank you!

Overall our stay was nice. Breakfast was very good and room was clean. Room did not have a microwave we had to go to the 1st floor to reheat food. Our room was near the elevator and they were working on it so it was a little noisy.
