We had some difficulty operating the TV. However, the attendant came and fixed it. Additionally, the staff, facility, breakfast, and location were excellent. Also, the hotel cost was reasonable.

I booked my reservation through the Expedia app and upon arrival the two desk associates say my reservation wasn’t in their system. I showed them the email confirmation with the code and nothing came up. I even got charged on my credit but I never stayed in the room because of the reservation problem. I ended up calling the Expedia phone number to request a cancellation and my money back. The person who I spoke with was very helpful and was able to prove the refund.
