Despite we notified host about our late arrival, we haven’t received any information, or instruction for an access to the property, and being forced to stay in hotel for one night. We contacted again to ask for a one night refund and haven’t received any response at all!!!

The first night we were given an extremely noisy room. Really dirty. Some of the sheets had hair on them. When I made the beds, I found dirty tissues between mattress and bed frame. Skirting boards were filthy; bath full of mould. We were moved to a different room and it was much quieter, but still the place is run down and overall dirty.

Very happy with the condition, location, cleanliness and staff of the hotel. Inez, at the front desk was great - very helpful and happy! Parking is quite a challenge, there is one right next to the hotel, but not free, however understandable, because we are right in the city center.

This hotel offers virtually no service. While bed linens are provided, guests are expected to make the beds themselves and even strip them before leaving. You’re also required to thoroughly clean the room upon departure, or an extra charge will apply. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were either missing or insufficient. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price. Not recommending it!

Fantastic location. Near to the cable car station. A short walk to the train/bus stations and the centre of town is 5 minutes away. Fantastic friendly staff. Beautiful views of Mont Blanc right from your balcony, weather and room number permitting. My 3rd visit here and I'll happily recommend it to anyone. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.
